Rindy Merrifield is a Real Estate Broker Associate with GUIDE Real Estate in Roseville. Prior to her Real Estate career, Rindy attended Sacramento City College, where she earned her Associate of Science (AS) degree in Dental Hygiene, and Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA, where she earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing and Business Management. She spent 23 years as a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist before becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1996. At that time, she started with Lyon Real Estate, winning many awards such as “1997 Rookie of the Year”, #1 of 1100 agents in the year 2000, and becoming a top 1% producer in the tri-county area. From 2011-2019, Rindy and partners opened a Real Estate office in Roseville, which grew to 4 offices in Sacramento and Placer Counties. In an effort to further her professional development, Rindy maintains an active membership with the Placer County Association of Realtors, in which she has held the office of President in 2007, as well as many other officer positions. She is active in the Women’s Council of Realtors, having been awarded 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year. As a member of the South Placer Women’s Leadership, Rindy has gained a multitude of leadership and networking skills. Aside from the demands of her career, Rindy enjoys playing golf, watching movies, traveling, playing the piano, and most of all, playing with her grandson Greyson.
